MALLET FINGER SPLINT
Description
A mallet finger splint is a very simple device to maintain the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint in the
dorsiflexion position or functional position. The immobilization of these phalanges is important in
managing fractures or dysfunction of the DIP joint.
